Jim
Cameron and Tracy Sumner have spent nearly three months and 8,400 miles
apart waiting for U.S. government permission to bring their adopted
baby home.
They were among at least a dozen American families who adopted
children in Vietnam this past fall but were unable to obtain visas that
would allow the children to enter the United States.
